Stephen W. Harvey, President

A true visionary, Steve’s career spans over thirty years in the construction and property maintenance industry. A life-long entrepreneur, Steve initially started Lot Management, providing recurring services to commercial shopping centers and office complexes. Responding to customer demands, Steve opened Harvey, Inc., to further service commercial real estate portfolios. As president of the Red Cow Family of companies, Steve provides the vision and leadership required to be an integral partner to developers, architects, tenants, and real estate management firms.

Paul J. Pietsch, Vice President

With over thirty years of experience, Paul is a dedicated commercial construction and real estate professional, encompassing all aspects of development, general contracting, and national retailer representation. Paul is responsible for the day to day operations of Harvey, Inc., client relations, company strategic planning, policies, and procedures. His vast experience and attention to detail ensures client’s needs and expectations are continually surpassed.

Thomas H. Chubb, Chief Financial Officer

Tom has over thirty years of experience in Accounting & Finance, primarily in the Real Estate and Construction industries and oversees Accounting, Finance, HR, IT, and Safety for Harvey, Inc. and the Red Cow Family of Companies.  He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of San Diego and has held Certified Public Accountant and Real Estate Sales licenses.  During his career, Tom has worked for several of the nation’s largest Public Accounting, Mechanical Contracting, and Geotechnical Construction firms, as well as one of San Diego’s largest real estate development companies.  Tom prides himself on being a valued strategic partner to the Company’s internal operations teams, as well as our external customers.

Karl McKee, Leed AP, Senior Project Manager

Karl is responsible for overseeing and streamlining the estimating, project management and operations for Harvey, Inc. He is also responsible for ensuring Harvey, Inc. provides services that exceed client expectations by cohesively integrating estimating, scheduling, safety and contract services to the projects. Karl holds a Bachelor of science degree in construction management from Colorado State University and has been managing commercial construction projects for the past seventeen years which include, retail centers, industrial business parks, equestrian facilities, clean rooms, automobile dealerships, financial institutions and an array of tenant improvement projects.
