A life-long entrepreneur, Steve initially started Lot Management, providing recurring services to commercial shopping centers and office complexes. Responding to customer demands, Steve opened Harvey USA, to further service commercial real estate portfolios. As president of the Red Cow Family of companies, Steve provides the vision and leadership required to be an integral partner to developers, architects, tenants, and real estate management firms.
Paul J. Pietsch, Vice President
With over thirty years of experience, Paul is a dedicated commercial construction and real estate professional, encompassing all aspects of development, general contracting, and national retailer representation. Paul is responsible for the day to day operations of Harvey USA, client relations, company strategic planning, policies, and procedures. His vast experience and attention to detail ensures client’s needs and expectations are continually surpassed.
Susan Cologna, Chief Financial Officer
Susan is a seasoned financial executive with over three (3) decades of experience in the realm of Accounting and Finance. Her expertise primarily lies in the Commercial Facility Services and Construction sectors. At Harvey and the Red Cow Family of Companies, Susan oversees Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, and Safety. A proud alumna of San Diego State University, Susan earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting and subsequently became a Certified Public Accountant. Her extensive knowledge and credentials have made her a highly respected professional in the industry. Driven by a commitment to excellence, Susan prides herself on being a strategic partner both to her internal operations teams at Harvey, and the Red Cow Family of Companies, as well as their external customer base. By leveraging her wealth of experience, Susan consistently fosters collaborative and successful business relationships that yield positive results and contribute to the organization’s overall growth.
Karl McKee, Leed AP, Vice President Operations
Karl is responsible for management and leadership of company operations relating to construction projects. He is also responsible for ensuring Harvey provides services that exceed client expectations by cohesively integrating estimating, scheduling, safety, and contract services to the projects. Karl earned his Bachelor of Science degree in
Construction Management from Colorado State University and has been managing commercial construction projects since 2004 including, retail centers, big box, industrial business parks, equestrian facilities, clean rooms, automobile dealerships, financial institutions, and an array of tenant improvement projects.
Patrick Sullivan, Safety Director
Patrick has over twenty (20) years in the Safety / Risk Management Industry, Holding national credential as a Certified Occupational Safety Manager, OSHA Outreach Trainer and is responsible for safety protocols and policies throughout the Red Cow Family of Companies. His construction experience comprises of Demolition, Tenant Improvements and New Construction, Factories, Laboratories, Manufacturing Facilities, Warehousing, Airports, Casinos, High Rise Commercial Office / Residential Buildings and Hospitals. Maintaining an extreme passion for teaching and training, Patrick has conducted hundreds of different courses and classes throughout his career.
