A life-long entrepreneur, Steve saw an opportunity to serve the commercial property management community as a loyal, trusted supplier of bundled facility services. Steve is a licensed general contractor in 8 states, a pilot and a certified white water rafting guide.

Paul J. Pietsch, Vice President
A dedicated construction and real estate industry professional for over 30 years, Paul’s experience encompasses all aspects of development, general contracting and national retailer representation. Paul has successfully completed residential, retail, office and government projects valued in excess of $250,000,000. During this time, Paul has gained the expertise and knowledge of all aspects of construction experience.

Debbie Gillespie, CFO
Debbie brings 30 years of financial management experience and a BS Accounting from California State University Long Beach to Lot Management. Debbie’s education and experience provides assurances to our partners that we truly are here for the long term. Our financial and cost accounting systems generate clear, concise, and timely reporting on which our staff and our clients depend for their success. Her work is so extraordinary that fiscal responsibility is a core value at Harvey.

Karl McKee, LEED AP, Senior Project Manager
Upon earning his BS Construction Management at Colorado State, Karl worked at Lusardi Construction as Project Engineer, Project Coordinator and, ultimately, Project Manager. His ascent can be attributed to his initiative, attitude and attention to detail. Karl’s experience includes the construction of retail centers, automobile dealerships, industrial centers and manufacturing facilities.

Alan Mittleman, Director of Sales & Marketing
Alan's 20 years of business ownership has resulted in a broad range of experiences. This experience, plus an MBA from Babson College and a BS Accounting from Syracuse University, provides balance to our management team with an executive who is solely dedicated to building Harvey's brand.
