Pietsch, Vice President A dedicated construction and real estate industry professional for over 30 years, Paul’s experience encompasses all aspects of development, general contracting and national retailer representation. Paul has successfully completed residential, retail, office and government projects valued in excess of $250,000,000. During this time, Paul has gained the expertise and knowledge of all aspects of construction experience.

Debbie’s education and experience provides assurances to our partners that we truly are here for the long term. Karl McKee, LEED AP, Senior Project Manager Upon earning his BS Construction Management at Colorado State, Karl worked at Lusardi Construction as Project Engineer, Project Coordinator and, ultimately, Project Manager. His ascent can be attributed to his initiative, attitude and attention to detail. Karl’s experience includes the construction of retail centers, automobile dealerships, industrial centers and manufacturing facilities.
